The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping support the company operations, strategies, and initiatives. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement strategies and help support and lead initiatives. This role will help elevate our strategies to promote our all-natural, specialty food products. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence and achieving objectives through innovative approaches and strong vendor relationships. Responsibilities
Leading the Sales Teams' operations, strategies, and initiatives.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with our brand mission.
Create engaging sales packages for various clients to showcase our unique flavors and products.
Drive successful sales initiatives for our direct to consumer, wholesale, and festival models.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve product offerings and marketing initiatives.
Manage sales initiatives and partnerships to expand our reach.
Lead the sales team to ensure cohesive messaging and support business goals.
Analyze and track sales performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners.
Manage sales budget and showcase ROI.
Creating, evaluating, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators.
Prepare operational and financial sales department reports.
Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team.
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
Partner with leadership to identify and recruit top sales talent.

Qualifications
A degree or certification in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the food industry, preferably in specialty or natural products.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and customer insights.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and creative skills, with a passion for culinary arts or the food industry.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, sales tools, customer databases, and social media platforms.
Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Passion for culinary arts, the food industry and an understanding of customer preferences in the food market.
